THE QUESTION BEFORE US<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

In this season of highly produced, monetized, tabloid-style Christian media, a serious leadership question must be asked:<\/p>\n

Would Jesus Christ, the Apostle Paul, or the First Church publicly revile, ministry-accuse, word-curse, or label sinners as \u201cchief offenders\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n

This chapter is written as a non-biased inquiry<\/strong>, not an accusation.
It is intentionally framed as an interview-style examination using ChatGPT AI<\/strong>\u2014not as a spiritual authority, but as a neutral mirror\u2014testing modern Christian media behavior against Scripture and First Church precedent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The purpose is not to elevate artificial intelligence, but to remove emotional fog<\/strong>, hype, and personality bias so that the biblical pattern may be seen clearly.<\/p>\n

WHY THIS QUESTION MATTERS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This inquiry directly follows Parts 1\u20133<\/strong> of the TMZ-Style Christian Ministries Series, which examined the rise of:<\/p>\n

    monetized Christian expos\u00e9s\u00a0 (Dr T’s calls it “The Bash for Cash” “the New form of “Prosperity Teaching” (mostly, usually.. bashing the OLD Prosperity Move) Selling their Brothers, Sisters, Fathers, Mothers (spiritual kinds) for 30K pieces of Click Bait)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    high pitched name-calling framed as \u201cdiscernment\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    “reviling” showing faces, buildings, family,\u00a0 justified as \u201ctruth-telling\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Before critiquing others, I needed to be certain that my own position aligned with Scripture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    My inquiring ministry mind deserves<\/em> to know.<\/p>\n

    ASIDE: in the 1980-s -1990s there were such famous “Christian leader names’ who were well known as the “Heresy Hunters” ( and I am not one, but this Miss T has been around a powerful long time<\/strong> immersed the Bible totin Body of Christ”)
    \nBut now days, as it’s much heresy going on, I would name this vast burgeoning “accusing ministry genre ‘ as THE HEARSAY HUNTERS<\/strong> (but they are not ONLY on Social Media, Video..they are also in the grass roots in and around the local ministries, lay and leaders in (mostly “performing’) “nice” ministry”<\/p>\n

    Sadly 2 Timothy 3:1-8, I Timothy 6:5\u00a0 has arrived!<\/em><\/p>\n

    PART ONE \u2014 CHRIST JESUS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    The Questions Asked<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Did Jesus Christ ever revile sinners?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Did He ever word-curse anyone?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Regarding Judas\u2014who betrayed Him for money\u2014did Jesus publicly accuse or humiliate him?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Summary of the Findings<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Jesus consistently confronted sin<\/strong> without humiliating people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      When religious leaders brought the woman caught in adultery, Jesus dismantled public shaming:<\/p>\n

      1. \u201cLet him who is without sin cast the first stone.\u201d<\/strong>
        \u201cNeither do I condemn you. Go and sin no more.<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Jesus ate with tax collectors and sinners, explaining:<\/p>\n

        \u201cI have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Regarding Judas, although Jesus knew betrayal was coming, Scripture records no public accusation<\/strong>, no reviling, and no shaming. Instead, Jesus washed Judas\u2019 feet\u2014an act of restraint, humility, and authority.<\/p>\n

        Leadership Insight:<\/strong><\/span>
        Jesus corrected sin while preserving human dignity.
        His authority was demonstrated through restraint<\/strong>, not exposure.<\/p>\n

        PART TWO \u2014 APOSTLE PAUL AND THE FIRST CHURCH<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        The Questions Asked<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

          Did Paul or the original apostles ever revile sinners?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Did they word-curse anyone publicly?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Did they single out individuals or groups for humiliation or name-calling?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Summary of the Findings<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

          The New Testament contains no record<\/strong> of the apostles engaging in public reviling of sinners.<\/p>\n

          Instead, we see:<\/p>\n

            calls to repentance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            invitations to transformation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            patience with the weak<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            prayer for persecutors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Stephen, while being stoned, prayed:<\/p>\n

            \u201cLord, do not hold this sin against them.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

            NOTE: Paul openly corrected doctrine<\/strong>, but he addressed people<\/strong> with restraint.<\/p>\n

            * Even when confronting error, he appealed rather than humiliated.<\/p>\n

            Leadership Insight:<\/strong>
            Correction in the First Church was purposeful<\/strong>, not performative.
            Authority was exercised for restoration, not spectacle.<\/p>\n

            PART THREE \u2014 DOES THIS MEAN SIN IS CONDONED? (That I, you, they should just say “You, they have to\u00a0 forgive them for they know not what they do (Sweet Baby Jesus Style) “and move on?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

            This is the critical balance modern leadership often misses.<\/p>\n

            The Question<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

            Did Jesus or Paul condone sin?<\/p>\n

            The Answer<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

            Absolutely not.<\/p>\n

            Jesus never minimized sin\u2014but He separated sin<\/strong> from the sinner\u2019s worth<\/strong>. (he never demeaned, bullied, bashed “wrote off as worthless) (trashed)ANY OTHER person’s value as a God formed human being, saved or not!<\/p>\n

            Paul clearly taught that sin excludes people from the Kingdom, yet emphasized:<\/p>\n

            \u201cSuch were some of you \u2014 but you were washed<\/span>.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

            Leadership Insight:<\/strong>
            Grace is not permissiveness.
            Truth is not brutality.
            The gospel confronts sin without crushing the person<\/strong><\/p>\n

            T notes intentionally as an aside <\/strong>that all of the above..is NOT TO\u00a0 FAIL TO CONFRONT THE ELDER, SINNER..NOR IT IS IT TO IGNORE, while OTHERS ARE SUFFERING DEEP POINT.<\/span><\/p>\n

            NO, it is using the METHODS and VOCAL TONES\u00a0 ..rather practicing “relationship, community valuing more private, even legal practices<\/span><\/p>\n

            This involving many attempts “TO HOLD ACCOUNTABLE”<\/strong> while in the public, we do it using up front Bible protocol or the law. (not “itching ears” juicy tabloid methods)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

            So this about <\/span>“TONE” + “VISCERAL ATTACK METHODOLOGY<\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

            VS in private “Confront the Chief Sinner”**<\/strong><\/p>\n

            **REASON WHY?<\/strong><\/p>\n

            The dysfunctional many regard this as a form of “mind candy” “entertainment”<\/strong><\/p>\n

            When the whole round world is “watching” all out tabloid-style Christianity..(it doesn\u2019t confront sin, gain Bible scholars, save persons from eternal torment \u2014rather it “accuses” and stirs up the passions, more sarcasm, the Anti Born Again Christ as it is “antichrist” chief fruit. WHY because it is not “transforming pure hearts..it is hardening MANY of them and it’s form of ministry sport which entertains … Sells it, makes famous,\u00a0 well known Chief Names who make money from it .<\/p>\n

            Selah: if that is not ‘true”<\/strong>\u00a0 not,then WHY do they each\u00a0 show the COUNTS at the bottom of each one of the numerous videos…the 100’s of thousands of viewers? to The reason ….attract more!<\/p>\n

            Biblical accountability restores people; public shaming only builds platforms.<\/p>\n


            \n**FOR A GOOD REASON WHY “NOT TO?”<\/strong><\/p>\n

            ” the viewing public”…as the immature, native, mean and dysfunctional untrained persons take the clues on “how to follow JESUS in all of this!”)<\/strong><\/p>\n

            TO. PONDER AND PERHAPS TO DISCUSS perhaps to discuss:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Public shaming is not discernment \u2014 it\u2019s mostly done for attention getting “for clicks” pandering performance.<\/strong>
            Biblical correction restores; tabloid ministry profits.
            \nCreating even more thirsty, “itching witch hunting ears”<\/strong><\/p>\n

            MODERN DAY CUSTOM:<\/strong> It’s easier to sit behind a safe camera or cushy pulpit or in a sr pastor’s calm fellowship than to rise up, to make an official Bible Galatians 6:1, Matthew 18:15-16 and\/or Revelation 2:20 (“office top leader confronts the Jezebel him or her)<\/p>\n

            A FOUNDATIONAL TRUTH WE MUST NOT FORGET<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

            \u201cFor all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.\u201d (Romans 3:23)<\/p>\n

            This truth eliminates moral superiority.<\/p>\n

            Therefore:<\/p>\n
