WOMEN: WHAT DOES VERY FIRST CHURCH CONFIRM? (JUST SCRATCHING THE SURFACE)

The Apostolic Leader Author:
No, she is not a women’s libber—just deeply concerned after encountering certain LP ministries’ “Big Boss” dysfunction, user mentality, and biased caste system toward human persons—especially non-LP leader women and darker-skinned races. (For my father, a Christian senior office pastor, was not a bit like that—and discovering it was an awful shock!)

PARTS: this first disclaimer, my views the Galatians 1;1-2, then the apostolic for both Christian and Leader women,, then a Chat GPT AI history, very church before Constantine, hierarchy check about Jesus, Bible, Paul and First Church to inquire if what I am doing and offering as PROTOTYPE for modern Christian sr ministry offices, both males and females, is ‘true, accurate, aligned up with Bible (no women’s libber here!)

MY OWN WORDS …and A DISCLAIMER ON BEHALF OF WOMEN

— A SENT MESSAGE FROM DR. T.D.

Dr. Taveau D’Arcy was raised as an equal and valued person — respected, cherished, and believed in by her father, relatives, and nearly all Christian men she knew, across races, styles, and denominations. She deeply respects men, believes they are called to be the head of the home (in lawful marriage), and encourages them to rise up and lead — but also to allow women to lead where God has called them.

This is not women’s liberation but rather a biblical, apostolic calling — much like Deborah, the prophet-leader in Scripture.

My Own Policy Declaration (Can apply to both Bible genders)

Servant Apostle, Founder of EORR Cross Body Unity, Senior Pastor of Cross Body Unity Fellowship

With great reverence and unwavering dedication to the mission God has placed before me, I, Sister Taveau D’Arcy, hereby make the following declaration regarding my personal calling, ministry, and leadership role within EORR Cross Body Unity Fellowship.

I stand firm in my calling as a Servant Apostle and a leader of the Body of Christ, called by God, and rooted in the foundational truths of the Scripture. My life and work are dedicated to fostering unity, mutual respect, and collaboration within the Body of Christ, as modeled by the early church and as instructed in the Word of God.

As an Apostle, I affirm the foundational calling described in Galatians 1:1-2 (KJV):

“Paul, an apostle, not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead; And all the brethren which are with me, unto the churches of Galatia.”

And I also declare my commitment to serve in the spirit of Acts 17:17 (KJV), engaging with the community in the pursuit of truth and dialogue, following the example of Paul:

“Therefore disputed he in the synagogue with the Jews, and with the devout persons, and in the market daily with them that met with him.”

I am called to the role of Servant Apostle to guide, equip, and empower leaders within the Cross Body Unity Fellowship, and to foster an environment where respect, collaboration, and mutual submission are integral to every aspect of ministry and leadership. I uphold the principles of Ephesians 5:21 (KJV), which emphasizes that:

“Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.”

As a one-man woman, I affirm that I have never had a female or male partner other than the father of my children, and I serve in my calling with full integrity. My life is dedicated to the Lord’s work, and I do not seek a partner through worldly means such as dating apps or social media platforms like Facebook. My focus is fully on the ministry that God has called me to fulfill.

Founding of EORR Cross Body Unity Fellowship and IFFM

In 1995, after a divine encounter with the Lord, I was instructed to establish The International Fellowship of Foundational Ministries (IFFM). In 1996, IFFM was formally organized as a 501(c)(3) in the state of Virginia. However, due to overwhelming challenges and dysfunction within certain ministry environments, particularly in Texas, the Lord directed me to set down the ministry as a prophetic sign to these powers. I was also instructed to pause my involvement in charismatic movements as part of this divine redirection. This decision, while difficult, has been part of God’s ongoing work in my life and ministry.

Through this period, I learned the importance of servant leadership, focusing not on fame or personal gain but on fulfilling the mission of God—to bring people together in unity, to equip the saints, and to build up the Body of Christ. The EORR Cross Body Unity Fellowship is grounded in these principles, where all people, regardless of race, gender, or status, are equally valued, and every individual is given the opportunity to contribute and serve in the kingdom of God.

I stand firm in the knowledge that EORR means “Equal Opportunity REAL RESPECT” for the office of every human made in God’s image. This philosophy is foundational in how I lead and interact with others, and it is the guiding principle for our ministry’s approach to leadership and service.

The Cross Body Unity Fellowship is rooted in the example of Paul’s apostolic model and the unity demonstrated in the First Church. We reject divisiveness, elitism, racism, and any form of oppression, seeking instead to model mutual respect, love, and unity—traits that are essential to a functioning, biblical community.

I do not seek fame or personal validation, but I strive to faithfully serve the Body of Christ, bringing equity and respect to all people, regardless of their role or position in the ministry. My heart is fully committed to serving as a godly example of leadership, always yielding to the leading of the Holy Spirit in every decision, no matter the cost.

Declaration of Peace and Stability

I have not sought a partner nor been active in social media platforms like Facebook or dating apps, as I trust God will send me a partner, in His perfect timing, if He wills. Since 2008, I have found contentment, joy, and peace in focusing on God’s significant calling on my life, and I am Godly contented as described in 1 Timothy 6:6 (KJV):

“But godliness with contentment is great gain.”

I will not be moved by those who seek to defame, gossip, or undermine this ministry through false accusations, lies, or attempts to “dig for dirt.” Despite the well-funded, fame-hungry gossips, I stand firm in the work that God has set before me, and I declare in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ that all such attacks are sent back 200-fold.

I am committed to walking this path in peace, trusting in God’s perfect will, and keeping my eyes fixed on the mission He has given me, regardless of opposition or the temptations to engage in the distractions of the world.

Ephesians 5:21 – A Model for Leadership and Relationships

Ephesians 5:21 calls for mutual submission—submitting to one another in the fear of God. This principle is the foundation of how I lead and how our ministry functions. Through the model of mutual respect in relationships, leadership, and ministry, we see that submission is not about power struggles, domination, or inequality but about honoring each other and working together for the greater good of the Body of Christ.

This principle is beautifully reflected in The Andy Griffith Show, where Sheriff Andy Taylor embodies servant leadership, treating everyone—whether Aunt Bea, Opie, Barney, or Gomer—with respect, dignity, and care. No one in Mayberry is treated as inferior or subservient; instead, everyone submits to each other in love and mutual respect.

As we apply Ephesians 5:21 to our ministry:

  • There is no hierarchy of dominance—leaders are servants first, respecting and uplifting those they lead.
  • There is no competition for authority—everyone’s voice is valued, and everyone collaborates for the sake of the mission.
  • There is no fear of submission—because submission is rooted in mutual respect and love, not in oppression.

Whether in leadership, family relationships, or community, the key is mutual submission—each person respecting the other, and each person submitting to God’s authority. This is the model we strive to follow in the Cross Body Unity Fellowship and in all of our leadership training, where there is no big I, no little you, and no room for oppression, racism, or division.

In this ministry, we strive for unity, for mutual respect, for love, and for the peace that only comes when we walk in obedience to the Word of God, as modeled by the First Church and exemplified in the relationships within Andy Griffith’s Mayberry.

Signed,
Sister Taveau D’Arcy
Head of Ministry Movement, EORR Cross Body Unity Fellowship

SR OFFICE GALATIANS 1:1–2

CALLING IN A WOMAN (OR MAN’S) MINISTRY WORLD

By Taveau D’Arcy, (C) 2025 Taveau D’Arcy Creative Leadership. All Rights Reserved.

3 Pauline Scriptures for Prototypes in Called, Sent Sr Office Ministry
Galatians 1:1-2, Acts 17:17, Ephesians 5:21 “cross body” (all of these Sister T apostolic sent messenger models) plus the office of a prophet, teacher, pastor, evangelist (we need to view these common office names as “functions”as the very first church did, not as celebrity or authoritarian /autocratic big performing titles.

INTRODUCTION

This is written from the heart of one who, like Apostle Paul, was not chosen by man nor through men, but by Jesus Christ Himself.

“Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;) And all the brethren which are with me, unto the churches of Galatia.” (Galatians 1:1-2 KJV)

I am the daughter of a senior pastor now in heaven. My foundation was laid in truth and biblical order. Yet my ongoing call has been shaped not by denominational structures but by the direct leading of the Holy Spirit — the same Spirit who led Paul beyond the established borders of his day.

A CALL NOT OF MEN

The apostolic call is divine, not institutional. Paul wrote that his commissioning came “not of men, neither by man.” The same holds true for any servant — male or female — whom the Lord sends out for His purpose. The early church recognized that such callings were confirmed by fruit, humility, and revelation, not by membership papers or titles.

Acts 13:2 — “As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.”

Therefore, a person called and faithful before God does not need to be “under” a local office ministry merely to be valid. Fellowship and counsel are good, but covering belongs to Christ alone.

SUBMISSION THAT IS MUTUAL, NOT HIERARCHICAL

In the New Testament, submission was reciprocal, not top-down.

Ephesians 5:21 — “Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.”

This principle does not create a chain of command; it creates a circle of respect. Paul’s example shows that spiritual authority flows through humility and service, not domination.

Apostolic or prophetic women today may walk respectfully with others in ministry while remaining directly accountable to Jesus Christ — the true Head of the Church.

WHEN THE ESTABLISHED ORDER REJECTS YOU

Paul’s early years were marked by mistrust.

Galatians 1:16-17 — “Immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood: Neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me; but I went into Arabia.”

He did not isolate himself in pride but withdrew in obedience until God opened the right doors. Likewise, those who are not welcomed by traditional structures are not to despair. True authority is measured by obedience, endurance, and love — not by titles or platforms.

MY PERSONAL TESTIMONY AND CALL

After decades of faithful ministry, I faced a painful separation. In 2007 my husband, after surgery and deep personality change, phoned and declared that he would serve me divorce papers. There was no prayer, counsel, or reasoning. I replied, “I will not divorce you.” Yet he said, “But I will serve you.”

That moment fulfilled two scriptures:

Malachi 2:16 — “For the Lord, the God of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away.”
1 Corinthians 7:15 — “But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.”

I did not choose divorce; it was placed upon me. Yet the Lord has turned that sorrow into strength. I now live as one fully devoted to the ministry of Christ, free to serve Him in peace, without bitterness or regret

LIVING SUBMITTED TO CHRIST ALONE

Paul wrote:

“For ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men.” (1 Corinthians 7:23)
“And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father.” (Revelation 1:6)

No human system can improve upon what Jesus Christ has already sealed. As we remain pure, peaceable, and open to correction — walking in the wisdom from above — we fulfill James 3:17 in daily life and leadership.

CONCLUSION

I serve not by man’s ordination but by the call of Christ.
I remain submitted to all in the spirit of humility and mutual honor.
I walk in peace and mercy, bearing good fruit before God.
And I am confident that He who began this good work will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.

Philippians 1:6 — “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”

SIR APOSTLE PAUL OUT IN THE ACT 17:17 SYNAGOGUE AND BARISTA FELLOWSHIP REAL LIFE REALM

Point: ACTS 17:17 KJV— THE APOSTOLIC FREEDOM TO THINK AND ENGAGE

“Therefore disputed he in the synagogue with the Jews, and with the devout persons, and in the market daily with them that met with him.”

Apostle Paul’s call was never limited to pulpit or temple. In Athens he reasoned—not only in the synagogue, but also in the marketplace among thinkers, workers, and seekers. This reveals the true apostolic pattern: ministry that engages culture, carries Christ’s wisdom into public places, and invites dialogue instead of domination. The First Church model allowed God-called leaders to think, reason, and represent Christ creatively under the Spirit’s direction. As Paul wrote, “The Word of God is not bound” (2 Timothy 2:9). When modern leaders follow this pattern, they rediscover freedom—freedom to teach, question, evangelize, and demonstrate Kingdom truth in cafés, classrooms, studios, offices, and city streets. The Church’s real power appears when Christ’s servants move from behind the walls to within the world, reasoning with love and authority just as Paul did.
